• Transient Daily Parking first 4 hours free. After four hours charge of $10 ramp fee, unless purchasing fuel (min 10 gallons)
• Fixed-wing Aircraft Handling fee of $25.00, if staff is required to relocate aircraft to or from the fueling area

Turboprop Fixed Wing Aircraft

• Transient Over-night Parking $25.00/night
• Turboprop Fixed Wing aircraft over 5,500 lbs. - $50 ramp fee/ waived with fuel purchase of 50 gallons or more

Non-Turbine Helicopters 

• Transient Over-night Parking $10.00/night
• Non-Turbine Helicopters under 3,500 lbs - Parking first 4 hours free. After four hours charge of $10 ramp fee, unless purchasing fuel (min 10 gallons)

Turbine Helicopter

• Turbine Helicopter - $50.00 ramp fee/ waived with Jet A purchase of 50 gallons or more

Redbird Simulator: (NEW << NEW)   FARs changed 27 June2018.

After July 27th 2018 you can use our simulator to maintain your instrument currency without an instructor. 

CGS has a Redbird© MCX full-motion simulator that is available for your use following a short training session. The Redbird© MCX provides a full motion, two seat simulation experience with either a full glass cockpit (Garmin G1000) fixed gear aircraft or a “steam gauge” retractable. Dual controls allow an instructor to demonstrate maneuvers and deliver flight instruction to a student. Recent FAA regulation changes now allow certificated instrument pilots to maintain their currency using this platform without a CFI sign-off.
